City of Winter Garden Party Facility Rentals

We have different facilities available for rent.

Tanner Hall:
Seating is available for up to 200 people. Tables and chairs are included in the rental. Includes a 5,000 square feet main hall with capacity of 300 people. Refrigerator, convection oven, and ice machine are available. Includes a wooden dance floor and an outdoor gazebo.

Jesse Brock Community Center:
Seating and tables available for 175 people. 4,358 square feet in the main hall, refrigerator and small sink available.

Little Hall:
Seating and tables available for 30 people. Refrigerator and small sink are available.

Pavilions are also available for rent.
