Squeeze Center Athletics, The, Preschool Gymnastics

The Squeeze Center, a premier Gymnastics and Cheer Training Center has elite coaches and state-of-the-art equipment. Offering recreation and competitive gymnastics for boys and girls. Offering numerous classes for children 3 and up. Parent and child classes are offered for children under 3. Also, offering sport conditioning and tumbling classes.

Preschool Gymnastics (ages 3-4): Our pre-school class begins our first separated class. This 45 minute class provides a strong foundation in the basics of physical movement through the medium of gymnastics. Children are introduced to the beam, bars, vault and floor in a physically challenging environment.
