Florida Safety Council Driving Lessons

The Florida Safety Council is a non-profit organization that has been serving Florida since 1953, providing driving school, traffic school and other safety training and education services. Driver safety is one of the cornerstones of the Florida Safety Council's education and training initiatives. All of our Driving School instructors are experienced and certified by the State of Florida.

Learn to drive today! Our state certified instructors teach you to drive using state approved training vehicles, on real roads and highways. All you need to begin is your Florida Learner's License. We provide the vehicle and insurance. You provide the time and you'll be driving in no time! We offer lessons in English and Spanish.

For an in depth, comprehensive learning experience, take our full Driver Education Course. This course consists of 24 hours of classroom training, 6 hours of behind the wheel driving lessons and 6 additional hours of in-car observation. This course is perfect for the beginner and thoroughly prepares you for many years of safe and enjoyable driving!
