
Offering a Healthy 100 Program:
Programs that provide children, teens and families the chance to make substantial and permanent changes to their health and well-being through our innovative Healthy 100 Kids Program.
Youth Fitness:
Kids get to exercise in a fun environment. Classes incorporate high energy music, obstacle courses, circuits, races, yoga, and stretching to help build strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
Kids Fitness:
These age appropriate classes are designed to keep children active in addition to teaching them on how to stay healthy. Please refer to the Family Center schedule for age groups.
