Greater Osceola United is the largest soccer club in Osceola County, providing developmental, competitive, and premier soccer for the youth of our community. Founded in 1993, GOU now serves over 600 players a year. Our goal is to provide knowledgeable coaches and professional trainers for every player to learn the skills, love the game and develop into the best athlete he or she can be.
Developmental Academy
For kids with little to no experience, the focus is on love of the game, learning proper technique and learning the basic rules. Players can begin the season after they turn 4, up to age 14 (depending on enrollment). Players will receive practice with a professional trainer to build skills as well as practice and play in a Fridaynight game with a volunteer coach. Fall season runs mid-August to November. Spring season runs mid-February to May.
GOU offers a competitive program for players of every level from developing to elite. Most teams play in local leagues, most games within 1.5 hours travel time, and some elite teams play in state-wide leagues, traveling for the highest levels of competition.
